Speaker’s Bio
Mathilde Hoang is in charge of open data at Etalab, the French prime minister taskforce for data policy. She works with public administrations and local authorities to help them produce quality data, open it and use it to promote data-driven policies.
Mathilde holds a master degree in Digital Economy from l’Ecole Télécom Paris Tech and Paris Dauphine University. She also worked for the French postal operator as an economist. She studied in particular the topic of data as an essential infrastructure.
